Cool Water at a Slow Pace: Kneipp Therapy in Vallarsa

Immerse yourself in the heart of Vallarsa, following the Leno stream in a regenerating Kneipp experience. Accompanied by Andrea Bianchi, Kneipp expert and barefoot walking pioneer, you’ll discover the healing power of water and the well-being of nature.

The initiative, part of the Vallarsa Kneipp Valley project, is divided into two appointments:

* **Saturday, August 2nd at Cascate delle Serre:** Meeting at 10:00 AM for an in-depth introduction to the Kneipp method, with hand baths, foot baths, face bathing, breathing exercises and mindfulness. Duration: 2 hours.
* **Saturday, August 23rd at Mulino Arlanch:** Meeting at 10:00 AM for a similar experience, enriched by barefoot activities and body listening. Duration: 2 hours.

Experience cost: €15.00 per person. We recommend sportswear, comfortable shoes, a backpack with snacks and water, a towel, a swimsuit (optional) and a change of clothes. For more information, contact the Tourist Board of Rovereto Vallagarina Monte Baldo.
