Daria Morandi and Nicola Bertamini Memorial: running and walking in Garda Trentino

On June 2, 2026, Garda Trentino will host the 9th Daria Morandi Memorial, a fixed appointment for the SAT Section of Arco. This social mountain running race, part of the SAT Mountain Running Circuit, is more than just a competition: it’s a real celebration for all enthusiasts.

This year, the route will wind from Arco to San Giovanni al Monte, combining the Memorial with the section’s social celebration at Baita Cargoni. The track, 12 km long with a 1200-meter elevation gain, promises excitement and breathtaking views: Arco – Bondiga – San Giovanni al Monte – Baita Cargoni.

Alongside the sporting competition, there will also be a 6.6 km non-competitive walk, the “Nicola Bertamini Memorial”, open to everyone. This scenic route winds through the woods of San Giovanni al Monte. The meeting is scheduled for 9.30 am, with departure at 10.00 am from the Chiesetta di San Giovanni in San Giovanni al Monte and arrival at Baita Cargoni. Registration is free for participants up to 12 years old.
