Immerse yourself in the heart of Vallagarina, in Rovereto, for a unique wine experience at the Azienda Agricola Vignali Varás. From January 1st to December 31st, 2026, you’ll have the opportunity to discover the Isera area and its fascinating mountain vineyards.
This guided tour will reveal the journey that leads to the creation of a bottle of excellent wine, a journey through the geological and cultural evolutions that have shaped the land and wines of Vignali Varás. You can explore the family’s historic home, dating back to 1689, strolling through the vineyards and discovering the secrets that contribute to the production of high-quality grapes.
The experience includes a tasting directly from the barrels, to understand the evolution of the wine over time, and a tasting of the wines produced by the company. Giovanni, the owner, will guide you through the art of winemaking, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the mountain environment. Vignali Varás is committed to protecting the wooded areas, habitat for numerous wild species.
