DiVinNosiola: A Journey into the Heart of Vino Santo Trentino

The Valle dei Laghi and Trento are preparing to host DiVinNosiola, an event dedicated to Vino Santo Trentino, a Slow Food presidium. From March 28th to April 12th, immerse yourself in an experience that celebrates the work, tradition, and passion behind this unique wine.

The event, now in its sixteenth edition, offers a rich program of events, including masterclasses, round tables, and tastings. An unmissable opportunity to discover Nosiola, the only native white grape variety in Trentino, and its different expressions through Vino Nosiola and Vino Santo.

Do not miss the Rite of Pressing, one of the most symbolic moments of Holy Week, which marks the transition from drying to winemaking. An experience of meeting and sharing that will make you appreciate even more the flavors and knowledge of this land.

**Program:**
* **March 27th:** Masterclass at Cantina Pravis in Lasino and dinner with local flavors at Cantina f.lli Pisoni in Pergolese.
* **March 28th:** Round table and Gourmet Experience at Cantina f.lli Pisoni in Pergolese.
* **March 29th:** Walk among centuries-old olive trees and Nosiola vineyards at Cantina Pedrotti at Lake Cavedine and Rite of Pressing.
* **April 1st:** Masterclass at Palazzo Roccabruna.
* **April 4th:** Event at Casa Caveau del Vino Santo in Padergnone.
* **April 6th:** Nosiola Express, a tour with the VinoSanto train.
* **April 10th:** Tasting at Cantina Francesco Poli.
