Enantio on stage in Rovereto: a journey into taste and tradition

The Zandonai Theater in Rovereto is preparing to host a unique event: “Enantio on stage”, an opportunity to celebrate and taste Enantio a piede franco, a Slow Food Presidium. The appointment is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 7.30 pm.

The Chefs of the Slow Food Alliance will meet the producers of this extraordinary wine, offering the public the opportunity to discover the excellence of the territory. The Vallarom winery from Avio will be a guest of the evening, offering three tasting courses, including the classic “Foglia Frastagliata Enantio”, the undisputed protagonist, and two other wines from the winery.
