Ferrara di Monte Baldo celebrates the diamond of the earth: the Truffle Fair

From July 17th to 19th, 2026, Ferrara di Monte Baldo will host the second edition of the Regional Truffle Fair. The event transforms this location into a natural stage dedicated to excellence, where the art of truffle hunting meets the rich biodiversity of the Monte Baldo region.

Visitors are invited to embark on a sensory journey curated by the Venetian Truffle Associations, featuring masterclasses that explore the harmonious pairing of the truffle’s earthy notes with the finest local wines. Local restaurants will offer curated menus, providing a unique opportunity to experience the deep bond between culinary tradition and the local terroir.

The experience is enhanced by live truffle hunting demonstrations featuring trained dogs, alongside the Fieracavalli Experience, which offers families the chance to engage with equestrian activities along the mountain trails. The program also features scientific conferences on truffle farming and the artistic exhibition Colori di Tartufo, demonstrating a commitment to bridging science, art, and heritage.
