“Flavors of Autumn” Tour in Rovereto: A Journey into the Taste of Monte Baldo

Immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of Monte Baldo with the “Flavors of Autumn” tour, a unique experience organized by the Pro Loco Brentonico Monte Baldo. The event, held in Parco C. Battisti in Brentonico, offers the opportunity to visit and get to know the local businesses that hold the secrets of the territory.

This year, let yourself be led to discover the historic Mulino Zeni, a jewel of industrial archeology dating back to 1800. Admire the only water-powered mill still operating in the Sorna Valley and lower Trentino, once the beating heart of the rural economy. Discover the processes of milling flours, especially corn, and be fascinated by the history and traditions that this place holds.

The tour, lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, includes staggered departures throughout the day. The cost includes transfer to the company, a spritz for adults and apple juice for children. An unmissable opportunity to live an authentic and tasty experience in the enchanting setting of Rovereto and Monte Baldo.
