Forme e colori: Contemporary Art in Borgo Mantovano

From September 6th to October 11th, 2026, the area surrounding Mantua hosts a significant cultural event. The Po Museum, located within the historic Palazzo Ducale in Revere, presents the exhibition Forme e colori – Equilibri possibili nell’autunno 2026.

The exhibition showcases works by artists from the Museo della Permanente in Milan, offering visitors a profound reflection on contemporary artistic languages. The display creates a dialogue between the historic architecture of the palace and modern interpretations of reality, exploring the delicate balance between form, color, and individual sensibility.

Curated by the 2026 Artistic Commission—Sergio Colleoni, Achille Guzzardella, and Bruno Pellegrini—this project is the result of a collaboration between the Municipality of Borgo Mantovano, the Po Museum, and the local Pro Loco, under the patronage of the renowned Milanese museum. It represents an excellent opportunity to discover the cultural depth of the Mantua region through a refined artistic lens.
