GIMME FIVE: The Winter Olympics Animate Trento

Trento prepares to experience the excitement of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games with “GIMME FIVE,” a project that will transform the city into a lively center of cultural and sporting activities. From February 6 to March 15, 2026, Piazza Cesare Battisti will be the beating heart of the city’s “Olympic events”, thanks to the Trento Tourist Board, the Trento Film Festival, the Municipality of Trento and Trentino Marketing.

The ex Niccolini space will host talks, workshops and literary presentations on the theme, while a giant screen will allow you to follow the competitions live. There will also be local food and wine stands and an ice rink, open until February 22, with exhibitions and promotional activities organized by sports associations. Cinema will be the protagonist with dedicated screenings in various cinemas, from the Multisala Modena to the Supercinema Vittoria, passing through HarpoLab. A unique opportunity to experience the Olympic atmosphere in the heart of Trento.
