Golosaneve Stellata: A unique experience of taste and nature in Rovereto

Polsa di Brentonico transforms into a magical stage where the charm of the night meets the authentic flavors of the mountains. Imagine walking along snowy paths, guided by the starlight and the warmth of torches, on an excursion that celebrates the transition between winter and spring.

This event, unfortunately canceled due to bad weather, promised an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Local Natural Park of Monte Baldo. A route of about 6 km, suitable for everyone, winds through beech and fir woods, culminating in a welcome aperitif at the Ristorante Etrusca and a delicious dinner at Baita Laghetto.

The menu, designed to warm the body and soul, offered polenta concia alla trentina with lucanica and cheese, marinated cabbage and local red wine. Live music and the warmth of the braziers would have created a convivial and festive atmosphere. An initiative made possible by the collaboration between the Municipality of Brentonico, local businesses and associations in the area. Although postponed, the essence of Golosaneve Stellata remains: an invitation to discover the beauties of Rovereto through a complete sensory experience.
