In Malga – Cheesemaker for a Day in Rovereto: An Authentic Experience

Immerse yourself in mountain life by participating in the ‘Cheesemaker for a Day’ event at Malga Borcola, in Rovereto. An engaging experience to get a close look at the reality of an alpine farm. You can witness the milking process and discover the secrets of milk processing, transforming it into cheese and ricotta through an outdoor demonstration. The initiative takes place on four days: June 21st and 28th, July 12th and 26th.

**Program:**

* **June 21st and July 12th:** Meeting at 5:00 PM to witness the milking, followed by a visit to the malga and a snack with typical products, admiring the sunset.
* **June 28th and July 26th:** Meeting at 9:30 AM to witness the milk processing, with brunch based on malga products.

At the end of the activities, you can enjoy a brunch or a snack prepared with zero-kilometer products, in the shade of the mountains. An opportunity to savor the true tastes of the mountain and discover local dairy traditions. Each participant will receive a gift from the malga.
