Ledro Sky Trentino: Trail Running Between Sky and Memory

On May 24, 2026, the Ledro Valley prepares to host an extraordinary event: the Ledro Sky Trentino, a prestigious stage of the Golden Trail World Series. This circuit celebrates the elite of international trail running, and Ledro will be the stage for a thrilling challenge.

World-renowned trail runners and passionate amateurs will compete on a track that retraces the historic route of the Ledro Sky. A technical, spectacular race deeply rooted in the territory, with 21 km and 1700 meters of positive elevation gain promising pure adrenaline. The trail climbs in altitude, following the panoramic ridges of the Ledro mountains, the famous “greste”. A succession of ups and downs between Cima Parì, Cima Sclapa and Cima d’Oro, which are part of the Pichea-Rocchetta ridge, an area of significant natural interest belonging to the Rete di Riserve Alpi Ledrensi, also recognized by the MAB UNESCO program for its high environmental value.

Along the route, runners will cross trenches and vestiges of the Great War, including the Rifugio Pernici, a tangible testimony of a bygone era. A landscape that blends sport, nature and history into a single unforgettable experience. A path suspended between sky and memory, where the passion for sport joins the most authentic beauty of Garda Trentino.
