The Bastione di San Bernardino in Verona is set to host a unique experience: the MurAsana Yoga Day 2026. Celebrating International Yoga Day, this event transforms one of the city’s most evocative locations into a vast open-air yoga shala, inviting everyone to rediscover balance and connection.

From sunrise to sunset on June 21st, the Bastione will become a sanctuary of well-being. The program is rich and varied, suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Offerings will range from Ashtanga to Vinyasa, Hatha to Somatic Yoga, including dedicated sessions for Pregnancy Yoga and Kids Yoga. These will be moments of dynamic practice, deep meditation, and mindfulness, culminating in the evocative Grand Final Practice at 6:30 PM, a collective ritual to cultivate peace and unity.

A Gipsy Market will be open from the morning, offering products and inspiration, while the food & beverage area will provide refreshments. The children’s area, designed for families, will make the day even more inclusive, allowing everyone to participate. Live music by Guidoboni One Man Band will conclude the event, celebrating European Music Day with engaging tunes.

A preview will take place on June 18th with Mike Marić, who will present his “Illustrated Atlas of Breath,” offering valuable insights into breath awareness.
