PedalArte: The Giro d’Italia in a Drawing in Rovereto

An explosion of colors and creativity in San Giacomo di Brentonico with “PedalArte”, an art contest dedicated to young talents. Inspired by the values of friendship, inclusion, and collaboration, this event invites young artists to represent the Giro d’Italia through their drawings. The initiative, part of the “Terrazza sul Giro” event, celebrates how cycling unites people, overcoming borders and differences.

The theme of this year, “Peace Ride”, encourages participants to express with art the harmony and respect that characterize this sport. Children, divided into the Under 6 and Under 12 categories, can use various artistic techniques, from freehand drawings to collages, to bring their creations to life on A4 format. The works will be exhibited at the Centro Polifunzionale in San Giacomo on May 27, on the occasion of the Giro d’Italia passage, and evaluated by a popular jury composed of passing cyclists.

A unique opportunity to enhance the commitment and creativity of young artists, with the possibility of seeing their winning drawings published on social media. Participation is free and the works can be delivered to the Library of Brentonico by May 24 or on May 25 during the park festival in Brentonico.
