From July 31st to August 4th, the Canton industrial area becomes an open-air stage for the Sagra di Canton. Five evenings dedicated to the pleasure of gathering, where rural culture meets conviviality in an authentic setting.
The Sagra di Canton Committee has meticulously curated every detail, ensuring a culinary offering that celebrates local roots. The food stands serve specialties such as the traditional risotto with ‘ciccia’, rabbit ragù fettuccine, and bigoli all’amatriciana, all paired with a refined selection of regional wines. The menu invites guests to enjoy a mindful tasting experience, highlighting the quality of local produce.
