The heart of the event is the flavours market, a sensory journey where the undisputed star is the exquisite San Zeno D.O.P. Chestnut. Here, you will have the opportunity to taste it in all its most creative forms: from steaming roasted chestnuts to refined desserts, from jams to savoury dishes that highlight its sweetness and texture. Food stalls will offer a wide variety of local specialties, inviting discovery of unexpected pairings. Among these, the “birra castanea” stands out, an artisanal beer that captures the essence of the chestnut in every sip, proposing a responsible tasting experience rich in nuances.

The program also includes musical evenings that will create a convivial atmosphere and a craft market, where unique creations inspired by the materials and traditions of the lake can be found. A significant moment will be the Golden Chestnut competition, an acknowledgement of the commitment and skill of the producers from the San Zeno D.O.P.
