The frequency of trees in Mantua

On October 10th, Mantua hosts a suggestive event titled La frequenza degli alberi. The gathering is scheduled at Campo Canoa at 4:30 PM, with the performance starting at 5:00 PM.

This initiative features a walk and an immersive artistic performance set in the Post-Industrial Forest. Here, the young trees planted by citizens will produce sounds using the PlantsPlay device. These natural vibrations inspire the musical improvisation of Debora Donnarumma and Riccardo Mortara Cauzzi, accompanied by aerial dance performed by the Associazione EconomieFuori Scala ETS. The setting, inspired by diatoms, is designed by Elisa Cella and created by the G. Romano Art High School.

The event is promoted as part of the Armonie Familiari project and highlights the urban regeneration efforts of R84 Multifactory, which has been revitalizing part of the former local refinery over the past decade. Following the performance, an aperitif by Sapori di Libertà will be offered. Attendance is free and open to all.
