The Nutcracker at Teatro Nuovo in Verona

On December 12th at 7:30 PM, the Teatro Nuovo in Verona will host a performance of The Nutcracker, one of the most fascinating ballets in the history of classical dance. Presented by the Balletto di Verona ASD, the production features choreography by artistic directors Eriberto Verardi and Anna Guetsman, inspired by the original works of Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov.

The story invites the audience into a world of dreams and imagination, filled with sweets, toy soldiers, Christmas trees, and dancing snowflakes. This fairy tale, which concludes with the exquisite Waltz of the Flowers, has become the most performed show worldwide during the holiday season, enchanting both children and adults alike.

The Balletto di Verona brings a new staging to the stage that combines academic rigor with interpretive freshness. It is a performance suitable for the whole family, which continues to engage the public through the timeless magic of its narrative. Tickets are available through Box Office Verona and regular sales channels.
