The Traverse: Non-Stop Ski Mountaineering from Chamonix to Zermatt

A breathtaking adventure awaits mountain and film enthusiasts. On Saturday, February 14th, at the Piné 1000 Congress Center in Baselga di Piné, “The Traverse” will be screened, a film by Ben Tibbetts and Jake Holland that tells the audacious attempt of Valentine Fabre and Hillary Gerardi to complete the Haute Route on skis, non-stop, from Chamonix to Zermatt.

This thrilling 34-minute documentary takes us into the heart of the Alps, through spectacular mountain landscapes. “The Traverse” is not only a sporting challenge, but also an exploration of human determination and the wild beauty of the mountains. The film will be screened in its original language (English and French) with Italian subtitles.

The event will be held at 6:00 PM. Admission is free at the Piné 1000 Congress Center and Harpolab. For screenings at the Supercinema Vittoria and Multisala G.
