The visionary art of Camille Claudel at the Modus Theater in Verona

The Modus Theater in Verona, in collaboration with art critic Roberta Tosi, presents a new event in the “Visions” cycle: a conference-show dedicated to Camille Claudel, on Thursday, February 12th. A brilliant sculptor, sister of the poet Paul Claudel and muse of Auguste Rodin, Camille was able to assert her work with courage and faith, overcoming the conventions of the time.

The conference-show, enriched by the poetic voice of Michele Vigilante and live music by Fabio Galvani, is proposed as a “visionary and risky” journey into the world of a revolutionary artist, captivating the audience with her mastery, passion, and determination. Roberta Tosi, a Veronese art critic with national collaborations, curator of exhibitions and events, will transform the narration of Camille Claudel’s life and art into an intense experience, capable of “astounding and shaking”.
