Located in the heart of Rovereto, the Balter agricultural estate invites guests to discover their family heritage through a journey of history, territory, and winemaking. The experience takes place within a charming 16th-century fortress, once a military building and now a winery where the Balter family produces wine with deep respect for the changing seasons.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the production stages, with a special focus on Trentodoc and the internal management of the disgorgement process. The guided tour, which weaves through the history of the building and the dedication of the winemakers, culminates in a tasting of a selection of labels: Balter Brut Trento Doc, Balter Nature Trento Doc, Sauvignon, Lagrein Merlot, and Barbanico.

Various booking options are available from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Options include wine tasting only, a guided tour with tasting, or a full experience paired with a board of local products. For those wishing to taste the wines without a guided tour, the winery welcomes guests without a reservation. Comfortable and warm clothing is recommended for the cellar visit.
