From January 1st to December 31st, 2026, Letrari, a historic family business since 1647, opens its doors to reveal the secrets of an excellent classic method sparkling wine, an expression of the alpine territory of Vallagarina.

Lucia and Margherita Letrari, winemaker and third generation of the family, will accompany you on a journey through vineyards and aging environments, culminating in a tasting of selected labels. Savor 5 classic and reserve Trentodoc wines, accompanied by a still wine, breadsticks from Panificio Moderno and, upon request, a platter of local cheeses and cured meats selected by Casa del Vino della Vallagarina (with supplement).

The visits, lasting approximately 2 hours, take place from Monday to Friday (10.30 am, 2.30 pm, 4.00 pm) and Saturday (10.30 am), by reservation only. Cost: €40 per person (free for children under 16). Reservations must be made by 12.00 pm the day before (during the week) or 48 hours before (weekend).
