Waiting for the Giro in Rovereto: three days of celebration and sport

Rovereto is preparing to welcome the Giro d’Italia with an unmissable event: “Waiting for the Giro”. From May 25th to 27th, 2026, the Battisti Park in Brentonico will transform into a lively center of activities and celebrations dedicated to the world of cycling and beyond. Organized by the Proloco of Brentonico in collaboration with the Municipality and the Rovereto Vallagarina Monte Baldo Tourism Board, the event promises three days full of initiatives for all ages.

The program includes games, inflatables, creative workshops and an exciting MTB trail for children organized by Baldo Bike Experience. The little ones can bring their bikes, helmets and lots of fun. There will also be workshops for adults and children, film screenings under the stars and, on Tuesday 27 May, a live screening of the Giro stage on a big screen, accompanied by typical cuisine and activities in the green.

A unique opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the great pink race, enjoying Giro-themed food and drinks, thanks to the bar and restaurant service provided by Proloco Brentonico and A.N.A. Brentonico. And for those who want to add a touch of color to the event, the G.S. Brentonico invites you to bring a white garment to color pink and display during the Giro’s passage.
