Embark on a circular adventure from Malcesine, exploring the picturesque landscape that stretches between the lake and the hills. This route, ideal for Nordic walking, hiking, and mountain biking, will lead you through trails nestled in olive groves and scenic roads with breathtaking views of Lake Garda.
The itinerary begins by descending towards Paina, north of Malcesine Castle, following the cycle path along the lake. You will pass the charming Retelino harbor and the paragliding landing area, eventually reaching Campagnola. From here, an ascent on a paved road will take you to Via Navene Vecchia, an ancient panoramic road.

After a short detour on a pedestrian path through the olive trees, you will return to Via Navene Vecchia, continuing downhill to Malcesine. For a shorter variant, follow route 1a of the Nordic Walking Park, the Sottodossi loop, which will lead you through a dirt path among the olive trees, bringing you back to the cycle path.
