Villa Lagarina is ready to host the 20th edition of the Cod Festival, an event celebrating the identity, history, and culinary traditions of the region. From November 13 to 15, 2026, residents and visitors can rediscover the authentic flavors of Trentino’s peasant culture, carefully revisited for modern palates.

At “La cucina del Borgoantico,” organized by the Associazione Borgoantico, guests can enjoy traditional dishes such as cod with polenta (also available for takeaway), polenta with Val di Gresta sauerkraut and Trentino sausages, brobrusà, herring, and local desserts like strudel and corn cake, paired with wines from the Vivallis winery.

The event offers free admission and features a program enriched by guided tours, film screenings, and exhibitions. The kitchen is open on Friday from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, on Saturday from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and on Sunday starting from 11:30 AM until supplies last.
