The summer of 2026 brings a series of historical encounters designed to reflect on the events that shaped the territory of Gargnano. Curated by Professor Bruno Festa, the programme offers a rigorous and engaging analysis of crucial chapters of the 20th century, with a specific focus on the RSI period.
Scheduled from July 22nd to August 12th, these conferences will transform locations of rare beauty into stages for cultural exploration. The journey begins on July 22nd at the Palazzo Bettoni gardens, continuing on July 29th at Palazzo Feltrinelli, August 5th in Piazza di Villa, and concludes on August 12th at the charming Brolo della Canonica. Topics include wartime dynamics, the black market, and the complex relationship between institutions and the local community.

Participation is free, though mandatory booking with the Pro Loco Gargnano APS is required by 12.00 PM on the working day prior to each event.
