For the 23rd National Urban Trekking Day, the city of Mantua invites you to a unique experience. On October 31st, the Periurban Park will host a special excursion, a lantern-lit journey into the heart of local folklore.
Organized by ARCI Gli Scarponauti ASD APS, this event explores the ancient roots of Halloween as a seasonal rite of passage. Participants will traverse a 10-kilometer path, beginning and ending at Parco Hoefer in the Cittadella, accompanied by theatrical performances and evocative storytelling that bridges the transition from autumn to winter. It is an invitation to observe the landscape through the lens of history and myth.
