Golosine in celebration: nine evenings of flavour and harmony in Verona

This June, the vibrant Golosine district in Verona is set to host a period of joyful celebration and community spirit. From June 6th to 14th, the traditional “Golosine 37136 – La Festa,” organised by the Parish of S. Maria Assunta, will light up the evenings with a rich and varied programme, designed to welcome both residents and visitors into an atmosphere of genuine cheer.

For nine consecutive evenings, the specially arranged areas in Via Caccia will become the beating heart of an event that celebrates good living and community. The food and wine experience is meticulously curated, offering authentic flavours and dishes that reflect local traditions, perfect for a convivial dinner starting at 7:30 PM. It is an opportunity to appreciate the quality of the offerings, where taste harmonises with shared enjoyment.

The festival stage will host a comprehensive entertainment programme. Each evening, from 9:30 PM, musical performances will alternate, ranging from captivating tribute bands, such as those dedicated to Nomadi, Zucchero, and Jovanotti, to lively Cuban rhythms and disco funky nights. There will also be moments dedicated to theatre, with a brilliant comedy, and an engaging conference exploring current and reflective themes, showcasing the festival’s ability to offer something for every interest.

This festival is designed to be a meeting point for all ages. Families will find activities and a welcoming environment, where children can enjoy themselves while adults savour the music and culinary specialities. An invitation to embrace the spirit of Verona, discovering the vitality of Golosine through its flavours, sounds, and moments of pure togetherness.
