High Lessinia Trails: An Invitation to Discovery Through Woods and Endless Horizons

On June 2, 2026, Lessinia opens its embrace to those seeking an experience that nourishes the soul. We invite you to an excursion along its high-altitude trails, an opportunity to leave daily rush behind and connect with nature’s deepest essence.

It will be a journey through the silent woods and vast mountain pastures of the Erbezzo area, where time seems to slow down. Each step offers the chance to breathe deeply, enveloped by an atmosphere reminiscent of untamed wilderness. Panoramic views will unfold across endless horizons, offering evocative glimpses and a profound sense of freedom.

This nature excursion is designed for those who love to observe with curiosity, noticing what often goes unnoticed. The shapes of the landscape, spontaneous plants, and subtle traces of wild fauna will become central, with the hope of encountering some animals in their natural habitat. The guide will share stories and knowledge about wild herbs and their traditional uses, revealing the deep bond between humans and the mountain environment.

Along the path, we will also encounter silent testimonies of the Great War, fragments of history blending with the grandeur of the landscape. An afternoon dedicated to immersing oneself in the most authentic Lessinia, to rediscover the joy of experiencing the mountains with calm and awareness.

The excursion, approximately 8 km long with an elevation gain of 270 m and an E difficulty rating, requires appropriate seasonal clothing, including hiking boots and rain protection. The meeting point is scheduled for 9:45 AM in the Erbezzo area.
