On August 2nd, 2026, Trento and its surrounding peaks offer a rare opportunity to reconnect with the deepest essence of the mountains. At the Alpine Botanical Garden of Viote, on Monte Bondone, an immersive nature experience will take place, focused on rediscovering the pleasure of slow and mindful walking.
From 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, participants will be guided along a path that goes beyond a simple hike. Through body and sensory awareness exercises, the forest becomes an ally in reconnecting with the present moment. The activity includes moments of mindful movement, landscape exploration, and guided observation of the plant species that make this alpine ecosystem unique.
