- Departure: Malcesine information office (bus station).
- Ascend along Via Navene Vecchia, then take the Scalaroi path, a steep trail that leads to Via Panoramica.
- Continue on paths and mule tracks until you reach the intermediate station of the Cable Car.
- Cross a cut in the woods and continue uphill following the signs for the “Lake Garda Mountain Race”.
- Pass the capitello del Signor and follow the signs for the Piombi, entering the heart of the Lastoni Pezzi Nature Reserve.
- The path, sometimes steep, finally leads to the upper station of the Malcesine Monte Baldo Cable Car.
