The Santa Caterina Fair returns to animate Rovereto on November 23, 2025, an event that celebrates the end of the agricultural season with a rich program of activities dedicated to the authentic flavors of the territory. Born from the collaboration between the Strada del Vino e dei Sapori del Trentino, Confesercenti and the Museo Civico di Rovereto, the fair offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the local food and wine culture.
Visitors can participate in tasting workshops and scientific insights, led by museum experts. Among the scheduled events, “Honey and Territory. Dialogues between botany and taste”, a workshop to discover how the flowered landscape is transformed into flavor, and “Science under the vineyard”, dedicated to the history of wine in Vallagarina and its connection with science, stand out. Finally, “Taste of the forest. Experience with chestnuts, wine and botany” will offer a sensory journey into the heart of autumn, among roasted chestnuts and a glass of wine.
