Immerse yourself in the heart of Vallagarina, in Rovereto, for an evening dedicated to discovering Marzemino, a ruby-red wine with intense aromas and the guardian of a unique territory known as “Ziresi.” On December 18th, the Matté Farm in Volano opened its doors for a special meeting with local producers: Bruno and Michele from Matté, Eugenio Rosi, and Giuseppina from Maso Salengo shared their stories and the secrets of this symbolic wine.
The guided tasting took you through the different nuances of their Marzemino, from Matté’s “Krea” to Eugenio Rosi’s “Poiema,” and Maso Salengo’s “Marzemino dei Ziresi,” each an authentic expression of the terroir. To accompany the wines, a platter of local gastronomic products enhanced the flavors and aromas of this land. It was an unmissable opportunity to get to know the wine-making excellence of Vallagarina and its passionate winemakers.
