The Golden Cherry in Tregnago: A Celebration of Taste and Tradition

For four days, Tregnago will be adorned for the 65th Provincial Exhibition “La Ciliegia d’Oro”, an event celebrating one of the most cherished fruits of the Veronese territory. From June 19 to 22, 2026, Piazza Massalongo will become the vibrant heart of a festival honouring agricultural tradition and local conviviality.

This event, passionately promoted by the local Pro Loco, offers a diverse program designed to engage visitors of all ages. Food and wine stands will be open every evening, serving aperitifs and dinners featuring the authentic flavours of the region, and of course, the exquisite Veronese Hill Cherries.

There will be no shortage of entertainment and cultural moments. Evenings will come alive with music, from the engaging rhythms of DISCOINFERNO ’70 and MEMORIES featuring 2000s hits, to a lively concert by I-Pinguini, a vibrant tribute to Pinguini Tattici Nucleari. On Sunday afternoon, the “La Primula” Band from Cogollo will accompany the “La Ciliegia d’Oro” award ceremony, recognising the best local producers.

For nature and adventure enthusiasts, Sunday morning offers a Naturalistic and Cultural Excursion through the gentle hills of Tregnago, an easy and scenic route. In the afternoon, “Motosiresa 2026” invites motorcyclists on a captivating tour through the roads of Lessinia, including a snack stop at a traditional restaurant. The program is further enriched by artisan workshops, a chemistry show for all ages, and moments dedicated to reading and community. An invitation to experience Tregnago in its most authentic spirit.
