Immerse yourself in the history of the silk industry with a fascinating itinerary between Rovereto and Villa Lagarina. Guided tours, curated by the Fondazione Museo Civico, will lead you to discover the key places that marked silk production in Vallagarina.

**Rovereto, between museums, canals and spinning mills:** An urban trek in the heart of Rovereto will reveal the secrets of the Museo della Città and the Colle Masotti spinning mill. Starting from the themed room of the museum, you will cross the Forbato bridge to reach the ancient village of S. Tomaso, where the Colle Masotti spinning mill will open its doors. At the end, you can optionally participate in a visit with tasting at the Azienda Agricola Balter.

**Villa Lagarina and the ancient spinning-twisting mill:** Discover the ancient hydraulic-powered spinning mill in the hamlet of Piazzo, a rare example of industrial architecture still partially visible in its original form. At the end of the visit, you can participate in the “The Art of Making Wine” experience offered by the Vivallis winery (optional).
