Urban trekking in Rovereto: discovering the city

From May 2nd to December 12th, 2026, the city of Rovereto offers a rich calendar of urban trekking events. These guided thematic itineraries invite you to explore the historic center, known as the Athens of Trentino, through routes that wind between palaces, museums, and historical sites.

The program includes five distinct paths: “Rovereto – Kilometro delle Meraviglie”, “Urban family explorations”, “Among cloisters and churches”, “Hidden treasures in Villa Lagarina”, and “Following a silk thread”. Tours start at 3:00 PM for daily treks, at 10:00 AM for family explorations, and at 8:30 PM for evening appointments.

Participation fees are 10 euros for adults and 7 euros for reduced tickets (available for Museum Pass holders, Trentino Guest Card holders, children and young people aged 6 to 26, and companions of people with reduced mobility). Admission is free for children up to 5 years old and for people with reduced mobility. The service requires a minimum of 6 participants.

Booking is mandatory by 5:00 PM on the Friday preceding the visit for daily itineraries and by 5:00 PM on the same Saturday for evening itineraries. You can register online or at the Apt information offices in Rovereto and Brentonico.
