Villafranca Fest 2026: Twelve Days of Enchantment Beneath the Scaliger Castle

In the heart of the Veronese plain, the majestic Scaliger Castle of Villafranca prepares to host the twenty-sixth edition of Villafranca Fest. From May 22 to June 2, 2026, this historic stronghold transforms into a vibrant open-air stage, offering twelve days of music, flavours, and shared moments for all ages.

Originally conceived as a beer festival, Villafranca Fest has gracefully evolved, becoming an unmissable event that blends a passion for excellent music with a convivial and welcoming atmosphere. The national-calibre musical programme presents a rich and varied calendar: from the iconic sounds of the nineties with “Voglio Tornare negli Anni 90” and the electronic energy of “Domus DJ Live Show”, to engaging tributes to legends such as Metallica and Vasco Rossi. Evenings dedicated to Afro music with Yano Music Machine and dynamic DJ sets will resonate within the castle walls.

However, Villafranca Fest is more than just a music festival. It is a comprehensive experience, designed for both families and young people, featuring dedicated children’s entertainment and a Green Volley tournament adding a spirited touch. Every evening, from 7:00 PM, gastronomic stands will delight palates with a wide selection of street food and eight distinct varieties of beer, perfectly paired for evenings under the stars. Admission is free, an open invitation to immerse oneself in this celebration that year after year renews its connection with the local region and its audience.
