Opera Terza: Unforgettable Evenings Beneath the Starry Sky

Summer evenings on Lake Garda hold a particular enchantment, an invitation to embrace beauty and culture. In this evocative setting, the Orti di San Giuseppe are preparing to host “Opera Terza”, a series of three events dedicated to opera and beyond, designed to offer profound emotions under a blanket of stars.

The first of these encounters, on June 6, will lead us into the heart of Italian opera. The splendid voices of soprano Arianna Cimolin and tenor Enrico Pertile, accompanied by the talented young pianist Pietro Campara, will bring to life the most celebrated arias and duets, presenting opera in all its magnificence. The initiative is curated by the theatrical and cultural association “La Bugia”, with Annapaola Gini guiding the audience through the compelling plots and lesser-known anecdotes connected to the genius of Giuseppe Verdi. Actors from “La Bugia” Cultural Theatrical Association will intersperse music and words, creating a harmonious and engaging dialogue.

The journey continues on June 13, also at 9 PM, with an evening dedicated to “La Bohème”, a timeless classic that touches the soul with its narrative of love and passion. The series will conclude on July 5, at 9:15 PM, with the event “E Lucevan le stelle” (And the Stars Shone). This will be a truly unique experience, a journey combining music, art, and fascinating sky observation, made possible by the participation of the Circolo Astrofili Veronesi A. Cagnoli. It is an opportunity to look upwards, allowing oneself to be inspired by the melodies and the vastness of the universe, in an atmosphere of tranquility and wonder.
