Sand Prehistory: a journey through sand and memory at Lake Ledro

Lake Ledro prepares to host an evocative cultural event. The Sand Prehistory performance transforms the Pile Dwelling Museum into a stage where matter becomes storytelling. Artist Nadia Ischia will create ephemeral images made of sand, which emerge, evolve, and dissolve before the audience’s eyes in a delicate interplay of light and movement.

The evening will be further enriched by the musical and narrative accompaniment of Laura Lotti, whose readings will evoke scenes and details inspired by life four thousand years ago. It is an immersive experience that bridges the present with the deep roots of our heritage. The event will also feature the award ceremony for the Win a Night in a Pile Dwelling competition, organized in collaboration with APT Garda Dolomiti, celebrating the unique connection between hospitality and history.
