From September 18th to October 18th, Verona becomes an open-air stage for the eighth edition of Grenze – Festival of contemporary and international photography. The historic walls of Bastione delle Maddalene and other evocative city venues host a profound exhibition journey.

This year’s central theme, Anfällig, invites reflection on human vulnerability and the fragility of our daily lives. Through the works of international artists, the festival explores the delicate balance between the challenges we face and our resilience in rebuilding ourselves day after day. The artistic direction, led by Simone Azzoni and Francesca Marra, ensures a rich program of exhibitions, workshops, and educational activities.
